In Māori culture, storytelling is passed down through generations to guide and protect. But
what happens when it’s the older generation who need protection. We enlisted the help of
grandchildren (mokopuna) to create stories for their grandmas (kuia). Each story was based
on a real insight around why women don’t get mammograms. They were brought to life
through AV, OOH, radio and print illustrated by indigenous artists.
